Although my coaching is ICF (client centred), I often find my clients benefit from some mentoring too. By sharing my indepth knowledge of neurodiversity, along with my own 49 years of lived experience, my clients feel less isolated, more validated meaning they are able to open up more to enable change.
I offer practical guidance and support to assist with the trickier areas of ADHD, whilst encouraging strengths to be utilised and celebrated.
My 20 years’ experience in business (as a founder and MD) also appeals to those ADHDers who are looking to gain more confidence to excel in their careers, or indeed to start or grow their own businesses.

Workplace Mediation (neurodiversity specialist)
People don’t come to mediation because things are easy. They come when something has gone a bit wrong, communication has broken down, or trust feels off. My role is to create a calm, neutral space where people feel safe enough to able to speak honestly and be properly heard.
I am a CMC qualified workplace mediator with a specialism in neurodivergence. Before training as a mediator, I spent over 20 years running and leading businesses. I founded and ran four companies, including one to a £1.8 million turnover, so I understand the real pressures of managing people, performance and conflict at work. I am not from a HR background, and that matters. I am not seen as management or there to take sides. People tend to relax quickly and talk openly because they know I am genuinely impartial.
As an ADHDer and a coach to neurodivergent people, I bring lived experience as well as professional training. Neurodivergent employees often feel more comfortable opening up with someone who understands how their brain works. At the same time, I understand how difficult it can be for managers to balance fairness, accountability and team needs. Neurodivergence is not an excuse for poor behaviour, but it is a reason why situations and behaviours can be misconstrued.
My approach as a mediator is empathetic but practical. I listen carefully and slow things encouraging conversation to enable understanding and a plan for moving forwards.
Alongside my corporate work, I also volunteer as a mediator for the RNLI, which I find hugely rewarding.
Mediation cost: £895 + travel expenses
Includes preparation calls and a full day mediation session.
The Three Pillars That Guide My Work:
1. Changing the View on Neurodivergence
Moving the conversation away from ADHD/AuDHD being a deficit and moving it more towards a strength. I work with organisations to help them understand neurodiversity better, so talented neurodivergent people are not misunderstood, pushed into burnout or drawn into unnecessary grievance or disciplinary processes.
I also support individuals to accept and lean into their brains, focussing on their strengths while building support around the areas that feel harder. When people understand themselves, performance improves as shame reduces.
2. Conversation Not Conflict
Most workplace conflict is not about bad intent. It is pressure, assumption and different communication styles colliding.
I help teams replace judgement with curiosity and create space for honest conversation before issues escalate. When people feel heard and understood, trust builds and tension reduces.
3. Reducing Self Doubt and Building Resilience
Impostor syndrome thrives in silence. Through speaking, coaching and mediation, I help people normalise self doubt, navigate pressure and develop steadiness under stress. You only get one life. Living it constantly questioning your worth limits potential. Building resilience changes how you lead, work and live. I am here to help you make this transformation.
