Neurodiversity Management Training

Interactive training that helps managers understand neurodivergent employees and support them with more confidence. Through real workplace examples, discussion and practical activities, we explore communication, different working styles and adjustments that can make everyday working life easier.

We then look at what can really help these neurodiverse team members to thrive in the workplaces.

We look at some case studies and scenarios based on real life examples from my coaching expereince, and finish off with a interactive fun role play exercise to demonstrate the difference between supportive and non supportive language and body language in 1:1s.

Built around lived experience, coaching insight and over 25 years business and leadership experience, the sessions give managers the confidence to spot and support neurodivergent staff fairly while helping teams perform at their best.

Workplace Mediation

When working relationships become strained, I help people talk through difficulties, understand each other’s perspectives and explore a way forward. As a CMC Registered Workplace Mediator specialising in neurodiversity, I bring an impartial approach and an understanding of different communication styles.
