About Ellie
You get two things with me: lived experience and proper professional training.
I spent over twenty years building and running businesses, including recruitment and construction firms, scaling one to £1.8m turnover and leading teams through growth, recession and change.
Alongside that, I retrained so I could do this work with credibility and rigour. I’m ICF trained and EMCC accredited as a coach, and CMC accredited as a Workplace Mediator.
I value lived experience. I also value standards. You get both with me.
How I Work
People often describe my style as calm and grounded.
I create space where people can talk honestly.
I am compassionate, but I am also direct where it counts. I will challenge you where it’s useful and offer insight from real business experience, not just questions.
I believe:
• Clarity reduces anxiety
• Curiosity stops assumptions
• Progress beats perfection
Most workplace tension grows in silence. Most self doubt deepens when it’s not spoken. My job is to bring those conversations into the open in a way that feels safe, steady and useful.
In talks and training I bring in a bit of humour, not to distract from hard topics, but to make them easier to sit with and remember.
Working With Organisations
I understand the pressure of leadership. I’ve been there.
Leaders juggle performance, people and culture all at once.
My work with organisations includes:
• Conference and keynote speaking on resilience, impostor syndrome, high pressure performance and neurodiversity
• CMC accredited workplace mediation, especially where miscommunication or different working styles are causing tension
• Management training to help teams understand and lead neurodivergent talent with confidence
• Individual and group coaching for leaders and neurodivergent employees
This work is practical and grounded in real experience.
The aim is better conversations, fewer escalations and teams that function well under pressure.
Working With Individuals
I also work with ADHD and AuDHD women, especially those who have been waiting too long for their diagnosis or who feel like they’ve been swimming upstream their whole lives.
I know shame, guilt, rejection sensitivity and emotional intensity. I know what it feels like to be capable and overwhelmed at the same time.
Through one to one and group coaching I help women:
• See and use their strengths
• Make sense of the harder parts
• Build confidence and boundaries
• Create work and life structures that actually support them
Understanding yourself changes how you show up everywhere.
