Why work with me?
I have invested heavily in training not only as an ADHD Coach but as a level one ICF AC Coach (EMCC accredited), and a CMC Workplace Mediator as. I wanted to ensure that in addition to my vast lived experience, I was also qualified to coach, mentor, train and mediate.
Before retraining, I founded and ran four successful businesses, including a £1.8m turnover recruitment firm. I’ve appeared on The Apprentice (alrough fired week 5),navigated cervical cancer, infertility and divorce, and later discovered I was an ADHDer myself.
That mix of lived experience, business insight and professional training is what sets me apart. I know first hand what it feels like to juggle the challenges of ADHD while running teams, building companies and dealing with life’s curveballs. And all this in addition to navigating relationships, friendships and possibly parenthood and menopause.
I don't just coach. I consult, mentor and educate. I combine my 20 years experience as a business owner and manager with my credentials as an EMCC accredited coach and CMC workplace mediator to make a real difference:
With me, you don’t just get theory. You get kindness, compassion, honesty, lived experience and strategies that work in the real world.
ADHD Women
I know how heavy RSD (rejection), shame and guilt can feel. I know how hard it is to regulate big emotions, especially when something is unfair or unjust. My coaching helps you uncover and utilise your ADHD strengths, whilst managing the challenges, in order for you to build a life and career that works for you.
Businesses
As a business owner and manager I know how much pressure "getting it right" can feel. How hard it is to try to help those who are different, whilst keeping the ship afloat. Through my neurodiversity training, talks, workshops and mediation, I can turn that workplace headache into workplace wellness, happiness, inclusion and performance.
