Coaching ADHD and AuDHD Women to embrace who they are and to move forward positively
I help you to accept and embrace who you are, enabling you to move forward positively in both work and life.
Although my coaching is ICF (client centred), I often find my clients benefit from mentoring too. By sharing my indepth knowledge of neurodiversity, along with my own 49 years of lived experience, my clients feel less isolated and more validated allowing them to transform.
I offer practical guidance and support to assist with the trickier areas of ADHD, whilst encouraging strengths to be utilised and celebrated.
My 20 years’ experience as a recruitment business owner also appeals to those ADHDers who are looking to gain more confidence to excel in their careers, make a move or to start and grow their own businesses.
Likewise, I have had to navigate a number of personal issues in life - cancer, infertility, divorce and being a step mum, alongside the usual ADHD issues of acting impulsively, suffering from RSD and struggling with memory issues.
Through my coaching I see women transform into more confident versions of themselves which is fantastic.
My coaching prices (which include access to my Coach Accountable Platform) are:
£750 for 6 x 1 hr sessions
£1400 for 12 x 1 hr sessions
*I can tweak for access to work
Coaching Client Testimonials
Working with Ellie was genuinely transformative for me. In just six sessions, she helped me move from an incredibly toxic and confidence-draining work environment into a role with exciting long-term potential.
What stood out most was her ability to balance practical career strategy with real emotional support. She helped me navigate and survive a very difficult situation while also rebuilding my confidence and reminding me of my value and strengths.
As an ADHD woman and mother, I also found her approach incredibly relatable and reassuring. She was warm, approachable and easy to talk to, while still being insightful, professional and highly effective. I never felt judged or overwhelmed. Instead I felt understood, supported and empowered to take action.
I can honestly say I would not have made this transition without her guidance, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone feeling stuck, burnt out or ready for something better. Rebecca, Sales
Navigating ADHD has been challenging and emotionally draining at times, especially since it's a fairly new diagnosis for me. It often feels lonely and confusing, but Ellie has truly helped me gain perspective. She also has her own journey with ADHD, which is fascinating to hear and often reveals similarities.
Ellie is incredibly easy to talk to, always informative, curious, and unapologetically herself, which I admire.. She provides clear objectives for each session, which I really appreciate. I look forward to seeing where our coaching sessions take me - highly recommended!! Emma, Business Owner
Her support meant everything to me; she celebrated each milestone with me and offered a listening ear on tough days. With Ellie's guidance, I picked up practical strategies for navigating challenges at work, dealing with conflict, coping with RSD, and even showing myself more compassion.
There were moments when I doubted myself, but Ellie's encouragement helped me set achievable goals and stay focused. Sam, Commercial
Ellie’s not only helped me get more organized and productive in my personal life, but her background in business and recruitment means she’s also uniquely positioned to coach me on my recruitment business. She’s non-judgmental, thinks outside the box, and holds me accountable while understanding that my brain might mean I forget, leave things last minute, or procrastinate. Laura, Recruitment Manager
As Ellie has ADHD herself she gets me and she’ll get you. I would highly encourage anyone seeking to have coaching to give Ellie a shout. Amazing! Relaxing! Comfortable.
Understanding! Funny! Thank you so much Ellie for everything you have done for me and for my family without even realising you have helped us all just by educating me that I am normal, well normal as I can be. Dominique, Student
Ellie helped me by giving me the tools to use my ADHD traits as strengths rather than weaknesses and helped me put processes in place to help me be more effective in the workplace and at home. I would recommend Ellie to anybody who is feeling frustrated and held back by ADHD. Her personable friendly approach, backed up with vast knowledge and experience around the subject, makes her an excellent mentor and coach. Thank you! Matt, Recruiter
Ellie has been life- changing in our coaching sessions. As someone with ADHD she was able to really relate to my concerns and help me arrive at conclusions about ways forward to improve both my personal and professional life. I can't recommend her enough! Eloise, Marketing
