Understanding your neurodivergent team members is essential to creating a happier, healthier and more productive workforce.


This practical, interactive training helps managers better understand ADHD, autism and AuDHD in real working life, including communication, emotional regulation, workload challenges and the reasonable adjustments that genuinely help day to day.


Built around lived experience, coaching insight and over 25 years business and leadership experience, the sessions focus on real workplace situations rather than corporate jargon or tick box training.


Managers leave with a clearer understanding of how to support neurodivergent employees fairly, confidently and compassionately, while still maintaining performance and accountability.

My Approach

• Over 25 years leadership and business experience

Alongside running multiple businesses, I am an ICF and EMCC trained coach, a CMC accredited workplace mediator and have over 200 hours coaching ADHD and AuDHD women.

The sessions draw on lived experience, real workplace examples and interactive discussion to make the learning practical, relatable and easy to remember.

• Four x 1.5 hour virtual sessions
